Our Vision

Through effective and strategic community partnerships, Lend Your Hand’s mission is to help children receive better educations by supporting disadvantaged schools and communities in the United States, the Caribbean and other countries.

Lend Your Hand’s specific objectives are to support disadvantaged schools, classrooms and deprived youth in general by supplying them with the proper supplies and/or financial contributions needed to help make learning a success.

Lend Your Hand also seeks to increase the knowledge of literary arts and raise motivation in today’s youth by bringing in authors to share their work and talk with the children, one on one. These workshops are conducted on a regular basis. Different authors and types of books will be featured.

Lend Your Hand Inc., is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, headquartered in Elk Grove, California. It was founded on June 15, 2004, by author and poet, Terry A O’Neal, who has always held the genuine desire to uplift youth.
